Mr. Leibbert is a registered professional engineer in the state of Kansas.

Summary

This presentation will include a brief overview of the US Army Corps of Engineer’s Environmental Program and the Kansas City District’s role in executing the environmental mission. The presentation will also include a brief overview of the Kansas City District’s work to date regarding PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) contamination.
